1. General Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Afaq Al-Zumorud Contracting Company. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and form a binding agreement between you and Afaq Al-Zumorud. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Please review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
2. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information only as necessary to provide our services. This includes contact details, project specifications, and payment information. All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabian data protection regulations.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors and suppliers only as necessary to complete your project, and they are bound by confidentiality agreements.
3. Warranty & Quality Guarantee
All workmanship performed by Afaq Al-Zumorud is backed by our comprehensive warranty program. Standard projects include a 12-month warranty on labor and installation. Premium maintenance packages include extended 24-month coverage with priority support.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the coverage period with proper documentation. Our team will assess claims within 48 hours and schedule necessary repairs. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.
4. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Project deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before scheduled work commencement. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a 25% administrative fee. Once work has begun, refunds are calculated based on completed work and materials already procured.
To request a cancellation or refund, please submit a written request to our customer service team. Refunds are processed within 14 business days upon approval. For maintenance contracts, pro-rated refunds are available for unused service periods.
5. Limitation of Liability
Afaq Al-Zumorud's liability is limited to the total value of the contracted services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all projects. In the event of property damage during service delivery, claims should be submitted promptly with supporting documentation. Maximum liability for any single incident is capped at the project contract value.
